Returns

Any product purchased online or over the phone (without physically seeing it first or buying in person) will mean you have 14 days to return your item in as sold condition for any reason. Watches purchased in store however that you have physically seen in person will mean there are no returns. All sales in store are final. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues.

 

Sourced Watches

Watches that are directly sourced do have a different returns policy naturally due to us not physically stocking or owning the watch. When we source watches from another trader/dealer they are on a sold as seen basis (all trade sales are final) and we aren't able to return watches unless they're specifically not as described. So if we source a specific watch directly to you, unless it's not as described, the sale would be final.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted when the watch is in as sold conditon, not worn or tampered with in any way. Refunds are only accepted within 14 days of you receiving the watch. Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to reach your bank account.

 

To confirm, if you purchase a watch from us in-store then the sale is final and we do not accept refunds or returns if you change your mind after purchasing. We strongly advise, if possible, to visit our showroom in person to view our watches so you can 100% guarantee you're happy before purchasing. 

 

We take great pride in how we list watches and conduct business, we are extremely transparent and will stand behind our descriptions being accurate to the watches condition.

 

If you have purchased a watch with us online or over the phone and have shipped the watch to you, we kindly ask that you video document the opening process. This is to identify if any potential damage has in fact happened in transit. We video record the packing process in detail before shipping watches. We document the condition of the watch before we seal it in the postage box with the shipping label on top.

 

In the unlikely event that a watch has arrived not as described please contact us immediately. We would need to see the video evidence of the box being opened to prove the watch arrived as you describe. If we can see the watch had in fact arrived damaged or somehow not as we've described then we will send a pre-paid label for you to return the watch for a full refund.
