    I’m so glad I put my trust in Deren at Winding Dial to connect me with the perfect timepiece, I really can not sing his praises highly enough.

    He took his time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. Knowing this purchase for me was a big moment, buying a watch to remember my Grandmother by, he was patient and took it seriously that I was putting my trust in him to connect me with exactly the right timepiece.

    With his clear knowledge, understanding and passion for horology I knew he wasn’t going to let me walk away with the wrong watch, and boy did he come through. A 2019 Rolex Datejust, absolutely immaculately cared for, full provenance, and just the perfect watch for me.

    I am absolutely over the moon, I haven’t been able to stop wearing it since I collected it a few weeks ago. It feels so special to be able to bring Nan with me to all my concerts and what a watch to do it with, I really owe Deren a great deal of gratitude.

    I have traded with Del from Winding Dial for just over a year. During that time I have sold a number of my luxury watches via consignment and can only say that the service has been exemplary. First and foremost Del is honest, delivers a first class personal and professional service throughout the entire process including fully insured and tracked pickup of the watch all the way through to sale and deposit of your funds. I have in the past dealt with the well known and large organisations in the same segment for the sale of my watches with the belief that I would be looked after but was always disappointed in particular with the low value offers and tricks they employ to keep their margins high. I can now honestly say that with the multiple experiences of Winding Dial, I would not go anywhere else. Del goes above and beyond to get an appropriate purchase price for your watch, has reasonable charges and keeps you fully informed at all stages as well as the ability to close deals quickly. I have yet to purchase a watch from Del at Winding Dial but would not hesitate to do so if that was my intention but either way, i would definitely do business here again. Highly recommended.

    From the moment of first contact everything was superb. Communication was quick and no ask was too much. The showroom / office is lovely with plenty of watches, art and accessories to have a nose around.

    Deren is truly passionate about watches and what he does. It's refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares. Amazing customer service and definitely one of the best 'buying experiences' I've had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back for the next one.
