Rolex Air-King 5500

Here we have a stunning vintage Rolex Air-king 5500 dating back to 1961.

In fantastic condition for its age, having had a recent light polish to bring back to life.

There are multiple 'imperfections' being that its a 60 year old watch but all of which add to its character.

The bracelet has code I4 and has very little flex in it, a small corner of an end link has a little knock and another a very small dent, barely noticeable but as always we are very transparent with our listings and want to be 100% accurate on the watches condition.

I would say the watch would benefit from a service to keep better time. The crown is a little stiff but works just as it should.

Black dial complimented by the sword hands has some patina as expected with its age. The plexiglass has had a recent polish so again in very good condition.

Being 60 years old this watch doesn't come with its original box or papers but it will come boxed and with a certificate of authenticity.
